Returns and Policies

Here at X Carbon Fiber Composite Co. every one of our products receives our world exclusive white glove treatment and is inspected by the most crucially particular people we could find. Afterwards we work hard to make sure your product is neatly and safely packaged to endure its journey to you. - Returns may be made within 30 days from time of purchase with authorized RMA number. Please contact us with contact and order information as soon as possible to begin processing RMA.

- Original shipping charges that were included under “free shipping” will be deducted from the return amount.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and insurance to cover the cost of the item. Damaged Items are not eligible for return.

- Returned items will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. We will charge accordingly at our discretion. If you return the item in a timely fashion and care is taken to protect the item as new condition we likely won't charge a restocking fee.  

- Items ineligible for return are but not limited to special or custom orders, damaged products, products missing parts or pieces and gifts or promotional items.

- Any deliveries declined and returned back to us will be subject to the 20% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for any additional carrier charges for the return of the shipment

- International returns and international purchases we are unable to refund any duties, taxes and importation fees. If you wish to seek reimbursement for any duties, taxes and importation fees please reach out to your countries customs department.

- Return Items must be in new original condition in its original packaging.

- Return Items may not be altered or modified in any way. This includes items that have been assembled, installed, painted, vinyl wrapped, drilled, screwed, cut etc.

• X Carbon Fiber Composite Company does not refund any shipping charges.
• Items with free shipping from X Carbon Fiber Composite Company only applies to the contiguous 48 states of the United States (lower 48). Large freight items or international shipments will require additional shipping charges. Please E-mail X Carbon Fiber Composite Company at xcfiber@gmail.com for international shipping quotes.
• International orders and shipping, you the customer are responsible for any duties, taxes and importation fees. International duties, taxes and importation fees are not refundable by X Carbon Fiber Composite Company.
• Damaged Shipments: Please read carefully. It is unfortunate however sometimes products do get damaged or lost during transit. Fortunately it is the delivery companies responsibility to cover the cost of your product or products. The shipping insurance which is included on everything we ship covers us to send you a replacement part for your damaged item. We understand the frustration of lost time and will do our best to get the issue resolved.
• Shipments will fall under one of the two categories. Both have very strict/stringent steps and policies to follow.  

+ Freight Shipments: Large and or oversize items that require a larger size truck to deliver your item. For some examples shipping companies such as YRC, Estes, Fedex Freight, UPS Freight, Reddaway, New Penn, R&L Carriers, Old Dominion Freight Line and etc.

     - All Freight shipment must be removed from packaging and 100% inspected for any damage upon arrival.

     - If driver doesn’t allow inspection print not allowed to inspect in signature boxand refuse delivery. Contact us as soon as possible and we will have the item re-delivered as soon as possible. You also have the choice of inspecting and retrieving the item from the delivery company’s regional location which your item may be at.

     - If damaged take clear photos of any damage on the packaging and item or items.

     - Write damaged in the signature box on the delivery confirmation sheet or computer.

     - Receive a copy of the shipping receipt with damaged written in the signature box.

     - Refuse the shipment, the driver will take the item back for insurance claim purposes.

     - Contact us as soon as possible and email us the photos of the damaged items so that we can get you a replacement on its way.

     - If the person accepting the delivery fails to follow the above inspection/damage policy and signs for and accepts delivery any damage claim will be denied by the shipping company. X Carbon Fiber Composite Company is not liable and will not be held accountable for any shipping damages or costs.

+ Standard Shipments such as USPS, Fedex, UPS Ground or Air Shipments: Standard size packages that may be left on your doorstep or place of residence. As soon as possible please file a claim with the delivery company responsible. Also contact us with information and photos so that we can do anything possible to help expedite your claim so that we can get you a replacement item.

• X Carbon Fiber Composite Company will only exchange or replace items with shipping damage. We do not give any refunds for items damaged during shipping. X Carbon Fiber Composite Company is not responsible or liable for lost or damaged returns.
• In the off chance our shipping conductor forgot his morning coffee and sent you the incorrect product, X Carbon Fiber Composite Company reserves the right to retrieve that product. We will be more than happy to accordingly cover cost of returning our precious part back home safely and getting the correct part back on its way to you. Please contact us as soon as possible.
• Back orders will be shipped as soon as the part becomes available. You may have your back order refunded if you wish to, however this will remove you from the purchase order cue to receive that item. Reordering the item will put you in the purchase order cue at the time of the most recent purchase.
• By accessing and or using X Carbon Fiber Composites Company’s website or online media you agree to X Carbon Fiber Composite Company’s rules and policies. X Carbon Fiber Composite Company reserves the right to change pricing and specifications without notice.
• Any installation of aftermarket parts may void the manufacturer's warranty. X Carbon Fiber Composite Company will not be held liable for modifications to other manufacturers products regardless of technician or customer that may perform the modification. Any automotive aftermarket parts provided by X Carbon Fiber and other manufacturers are for off road use only. It is solely the end users responsibility to abide by local and federal laws. X Carbon Fiber Composite Company will not be held responsible for any legal repercussions and or misuse of products.
• At X Carbon Fiber Composite Company our composite products are handmade. Due to the nature of composites blemishes and small imperfections may not be 100% avoided. X Carbon Fiber Composite Company reserves the right to warranty and replace items at our discretion. Finishes and Clear Coats will naturally change appearance over time due to aging and UV exposure. X Carbon Fiber Composite Company may warranty excessive finish fading at our discretion. The product must have been purchased within a reasonable period of time and directly from X Carbon Fibers Composite Company or one of our certified distributors. The reasonable period of time will be decided by X Carbon Fiber Composite Company. X Carbon Fiber Composite Company reserves the right to handle each product and or claim as a case by case bases. When installing X Carbon Fiber Composite Company’s composite products near heat sources we highly recommend the use of the proper adhesive heat insulating foil to minimize the amount of heat exposure to the product. Heat will naturally fade the finish on composite products as well as degrade the structural integrity of composites over time. End user is solely responsible for proper and safe use of any products from X Carbon Fiber Composite Company and may not hold us liable or accountable.
• X Carbon Fiber products, logos and data are intellectual property of X Carbon Fiber Composite Company and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Our information, data and designs may not be duplicated for the use of business and/or profit elsewhere. X Carbon Fiber Composite Company does not share private customer information with any other companies and will not share sensitive information for the use of profit.
